- Wash Inside Out: Protect prints, embroidery, and fabric surface.
- Use Mild Detergent: Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can damage fibers.
- Do Not Overload Washer: Prevent stretching or twisting of garments.
- Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry: Air drying preserves shape & extends garment life.
- Iron Inside Out (If Needed): Use medium heat; avoid direct contact with prints or embroidery.
- Avoid Dry Cleaning: Can affect softness and customisation details.
Production:
After purchase, processing time:
- Regular delivery: 40–45 days, as each garment is handcrafted from scratch in our workshop.
- Express delivery: 25 days.
